A partnership between fitness & lifestyle, Club Vita is built on the foundation of community. As a social wellness club, it combines movement with connection. Each of our events includes a curated post-class social hour designed to inspire & create community.
We partner with both brands & local businesses to provide a premium experience (& gift bags!) for our attendees. This collaboration allows us to introduce bold disruptors in the health & wellness space to our community, while also supporting small business & local brands.

By transforming ordinary places into unexpected spaces for movement, Club Vita challenges the norms of fitness and removes barriers like intimidation, creating an inclusive & fun environment. Reframing the setting for each class, challenges participants to shift their mindset & accept the experience as both familiar and — most importantly — fun!
The power of Club Vita is its ability to make fitness engaging and accessible by moving it out of traditional studios and into places where people already feel comfortable. It’s all about building a sense of belonging in an environment that feels welcoming and not intimidating.

The EMBODY EDIT taught by Club Vita is a curated edit of pilates, strength training, mobility & neuro-training. At the center of each class is the breath, guiding movement with intention. Rooted in form & foundation, each class is designed to build muscle strength, enhance endurance, and promote longevity.
Centered on EMBODIED strength, our events create a space where physical strength & mental health coexist. We believe wellness isn’t just about fitness, but also about embracing a BOLD, balanced lifestyle that celebrates both movement & play. It’s perfectly okay to enjoy life AND enjoy movement at the same time (they aren’t mutually exclusive!)
This (im)proper take on pilates allows, Club Vita to create a unique connection between fitness & lifestyle, bringing it to a larger community.

The Embody EDIT is built from the belief that physical strength, mindful breathing, and neuro-training can work together to train confidence & help you discover new layers of capability & strength, both physically & mentally.
It focuses on developing the mindset & physical capabilities to “do the work” — regardless of how you feel in the moment. This ability to follow through comes from confidence. And yes, confidence can be trained.
Confidence isn’t about proving yourself, it’s about knowing yourself and trusting your choices. It’s about building a deep connection with who you are, allowing you to be present & rooted within.
We find presence in our practice with our community. We discover connection through our practice with our bodies. This is Pilates for everyone.

Rooted IN form & foundation, Embody is a 50 minute, total-body shaping edit of pilates, strength training, mobility & neuro-training.
Centered on EMBODIED strength, this class is where physical strength & mental health coexist. At the center of each class is the breath, guiding movements with intention. This class is a blend of bodyweight resistance training, mat pilates, cardio & mobility/stretching.
Each session is designed to build muscle strength, boost endurance & promote longevity.

Originally from Miami, Florida – Lauren moved to Nashville in 2021 after several years in the Miami wellness community, where she taught & organized community-focused health & wellness events.
Now based in Nashville, she continues to fuel her passion for bringing people together and supporting them in prioritizing their health as a certified Pilates instructor, health coach, and yoga teacher.
Lauren’s classes focus on strengthening the mind-muscle connection paired with a powerful breathwork practice.
During class, you can expect to breathe to the beat, progressively challenge yourself, train your confidence, master your mind & discover your capabilities. Lauren is dedicated to helping you break through your mind's limiting beliefs to uncover your true strength and potential, guiding you to recognize it within yourself. Her goal is for you to leave your mat feeling fully energized & embodied.
Lauren’s passion for active living & movement drives her to create classes that are both accessible & affirming — no pressure, just progress!
As the creator of the EMBODY method, her goal is to help others train confidence, build presence within themselves, and build a stronger more empowered connection to their minds & muscles!
She believes that “not all fires need to be rushed” and encourages a slow burn. Sometimes you need to burn everything down to build it back up in a different, truer, more authentic way.
